Timetable and Reporting SCARM has agreed to the appointment of a NWS Project Manager for 3 years, together with the associated budget. The NWS Executive Committee shall provide a report annually to SCARM, SCC and SCF at their first meetings in 1998, 1999 and 2000, on progress with implementation of the National Weeds Strategy, the Project Manager's Work Program and budget expenditure.
